I started my kitesurfing classes in Cabarete and after visiting Dominican Republic several times, it did not seem like such a safe place, in the kites area there are many people in the water of different levels practically you can not lift your kite from the sand, so I decided to change my route to Cuba. In Varadero you will be fascinated with its beach and its people and most importantly, your equipment is safe on the beach while you have lunch, there is enough time for all levels and the wind is very good during the winter, I personally recommend it
